But a gentle guide, from the Holy Bible-James 5:16 "Confess your faults," let truth reside. For prayer and healing, hand in hand, can mend the soul and bless the land. The land of flesh, the temple frail, where nutrients nourish and muscles prevail. Let honest words, like cleansing rain, wash over habits and ease the pain. Through active steps and wholesome fare, we seek strength beyond compare. I honor my body, a divine gift, and let true wellness shine through- I will heal.
