Peace That Rules

Image
The Vision The dust of the marketplace settled thickly on Eliav's sandals, mirroring the unsettled dust in his heart. Around him, the cacophony of commerce roared – merchants hawking wares, buyers haggling, the clatter of coins a constant, grating reminder of what he felt he lacked. Eliav was a potter; his hands were skilled, and his creations were sturdy and beautiful. Yet, contentment was as elusive as a perfectly symmetrical vase on a wobbly wheel. The Pain He watched Reuben, the weaver, proudly display vibrant, expensive fabrics. He heard Matthias, the metalsmith, counting a heavy pouch of denarii. A familiar anxiety gnawed at him. Was his work enough? Would he provide? The future felt like unformed clay – shapeless and uncertain. Fear, that unwelcome guest, sat heavily in his soul. The Promise That evening, weary, Eliav sat beneath the olive tree in his small courtyard. The sun cast a rainbow across the sky, which he often tried to capture in his...

The Creator

The Creation From Genesis to Revelation, the Bible tells a story about how God created with thought,   — spoken words, and imagination.   With his thoughts, he created...let there be...galaxies, Sun, Moon, and Stars                               —that reminds  me how awesome you are.  Then, in  his words, he created ... let there be...  living creatures: birds of the air, fish of the — sea, and  mammals that live on dry land. That reminds me how great God is. With his imagination , he created  ... let there be... every green plant and herb to eat.  — On the sixth day, God  created me, showing his love for humanity.  There's  no greater love than the son of God, and the son of man   — who   shed his blood for you. So  — -  we can know that living life is for eternity. The truth will be known: God sent his only  begotten son. This ...

Silence Speaks

Image
" He who has knowledge spares his words, and  a man of understanding is of a calm spirit. 28   a fool is counted wise when he holds his peace; When   he shuts his lips,   he is considered   perceptiv e . ".  Prov 17:27-28 (NJKV) Bustling city   A World Filled With Noise   In the bustling city of Echo Park, where the streets repeat the whispers of truths from days gone by, two neighbors lived: Ezra and Oliva. Ezra was known for his thoughtful demeanor, often sitting at the town's crossroads, listening intently to the tales of passersby. On the other hand, Oliva was a chatterbox, her words flowing like a river, carrying wisdom and folly in equal measure. The Power of Resistance & Understanding One bright morning, as the sun painted the sky with a tinge of gold, Ezra and Oliva found themselves in a conversation beneath the shade of a towering oak tree. With her animated gestures and lively expressions, Olivia regaled Ezra with s...

Forgiven

The Stone's Silent Question The silence stretched, thick and heavy. A calm and steady voice came from heaven's passageway:  He, without sin! One by one, the rocks slipped out of the hand of her accuser:  The ripple effect is not water but a contrite spirit full of regret and sadness. Etched on each stone is a question  carrying a negative name- They quietly walked away, feeling shame, guilt, and pain for their behavior. Redemption, a whispered promise, hung like a threadbare tapestry,  its colors muted by doubt and despair.  It was a covenant, broken and mended like shattered glass pieced back together,  the cracks still  visible,  shimmering with the ghost of what was.   But today, it is a testament to God's forgiveness for  humanity.

From Dust To Redemption

The Scene Unveiled Narrated by Creator John 8:5-11 NKJV Why Was She Being Stoned?   Her skin absorbed the courtyard dust and grit, but her shriveled hands and face contrasted sharply. "Adulteress!" A jagged stone made of words tore through the air before the crowd erupted into a roar. Suddenly, A chilling and cutting fear sliced through her burning cheeks filled with shame. Her vision was obscured due to age, and intense sunlight combined blurred her sight. The stones spread across the ground appeared to laugh at her misery while each represented instant death. The Law and It s E nforcers According to Jewish law, adultery represented a serious crime that resulted in the penalty of stoning. The Pharisees and scribes showed no primary interest in justice. This woman served as a tool for the scribes and Pharisees who aimed to trap Jesus. Their behavior demonstrated that their hearts were entirely devoted to legalism and completely lacked compassion. They sought to discover wheth...

The Body Silent plea

Image
The Body Silent plea Original Poem & Prayer by Creator The body whispers, sometimes screams, about choices made in dreams of sugary highs and sluggish lows, where wellness falters and sickness grows. I hide my habits, shame's heavy cloak, the empty wrappers, oh my-I fail to provoke fitness. Instead, I listen to lies, "Just one more bite," Ignoring the body's fading light. But a gentle guide, from the Holy Bible-James 5:16 "Confess your faults," let truth reside. For prayer and healing, hand in hand, can mend the soul and bless the land. The land of flesh, the temple frail, where nutrients nourish and muscles prevail. Let honest words, like cleansing rain, wash over habits and ease the pain. Through active steps and wholesome fare, we seek strength beyond compare. I honor my body, a divine gift, and let true wellness shine through- I will heal. Prayer:  A Feeling Of Wholeness Heavenly Fath...

Whispers in the Dust

Image
Whispers in the Dus t Original Poem written by the Creator Where golden towers pierce the sky, And coffers overflow, a silent cry. The widow's mite, a tear-stained plea, Lost in the echoes of prosperity. The scales of justice tipped and swayed, Where power reigns, and truth's betrayed. The righteous voice, a fragile thread, By worldly clamor, left for dead. The shepherd's crook, a gilded hook, While hungry wolves, their flocks destroy. The feast is set, the wine is poured, But empty plates, forever ignored. A whisper rises from the dust, Saying , "God is just enough." Though shadows fall, and darkness reigns, His light will break and loose the chains. The seeds of greed bear their fruit, A bitter harvest, absolute. But mercy's rain, a cleansing tide, Will wash the stains where truth has died.
